Our Story
Hi there, we're Graham & Jay.
We started Iris because both of us love discovering new and surprising flavors in food and drink — and we haven't found anything quite like these two drinks we've created and we want to share it with the world.
Inspired by Jay's Indian heritage, we created two flavors to start with — cardamom and saffron. Light, drinkable, fizzy, and delicate — we're pretty proud of these two and we can't wait to share them with you all.
